Frequently Asked Questions

Most frequent questions and answers

How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

It’s recommended carpet is cleaned once per year by an IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification) certified firm. Clean carpet doesn’t just look good – it promotes indoor air quality, reduces health risks and extends the carpeting’s life as well. Special conditions may call for more-frequent cleaning.

If you own or run a high-traffic company, like a daycare, doctor’s office, nursing home, etc. We recommend having your carpets cleaned every 6 months.

Of course, if there is a spill, smoke, or any situation that arises that may cause your carpet to need cleaned sooner… give us a call!
